All products offered for sale on ventajewelry.com are under Venta Jewelry's quality assurance and are delivered with their certificates. Each piece of jewelry is prepared according to our production standards and our service support continues so that you can use it safely for many years.

Warranty Coverage

For the warranty to be valid, the product must have been serviced only by Venta Jewelry.

Any size changes, repairs, or alterations made by anyone other than Venta Jewelry will void the warranty.
Modifications or alterations made to the product after its initial release are not covered by the warranty.
Damage such as crushing, impact, and deformation caused by misuse is not covered by the warranty.
Damage resulting from contact with chemical substances is excluded.
Surface damage due to improper storage conditions is not covered by the warranty.

Maintenance and Measurement Services

Diamond and gold jewelry can become dull over time due to daily use, cosmetics, soaps, and environmental factors. Micro-scratches can form on gold surfaces, and diamonds can lose their sparkle due to dirt accumulation. Therefore, periodic cleaning is recommended.

Venta Jewelry only provides maintenance and service for jewelry that it manufactures itself. We do not process products whose production standards are unknown to us.

During the maintenance process:

Diamonds are professionally cleaned.
Metal surfaces are cleaned in a controlled manner.
Surface deformations due to usage are examined.

Rings can be resized once within 6 months of the delivery date.

Reduction services are free of charge.
Enlargement processes are charged if they require additional gold and labor.
Extreme size changes that could jeopardize structural integrity may not be technically feasible.

The product must be sent to us along with its certificate for maintenance or repair. Shipping costs during the service process are the responsibility of the customer.
