RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

1. Return Policy

All purchased items, except for custom-made and full-circle rings , can be returned without any deduction within 14 days of the delivery date.

If the return period is exceeded, the return request will be accepted with a 30% deduction from the product price .

2. Personalized Products

The products listed below are considered custom-made and are not eligible for return or exchange :

Products with design changes
Products with altered gold purity.
Products with altered gold color.
Products with altered gemstone type or arrangement.
Products made to order in ring size.
Products with writing on them.
Full circle rings

3. Return Conditions After 14 Days

For return requests made after the 14-day legal return period, the product will be refunded with a 30% deduction from the amount paid .

The refund amount will be calculated based on the product's original purchase price.

Custom-made products.
Full circle rings
Hygiene products

5. Certificate and Document Requirement

For products with international certification, presentation of the certification is mandatory .
Returns of products missing their certificate, invoice, or original packaging will not be accepted.

6. Refund Process

Once the returned product reaches us, the necessary checks will be carried out.
If the return is approved, the payment will be refunded within 14 days at the latest , via the payment method used at the time of purchase.

7. Shipping and Liability

The customer is solely responsible for all aspects of the return process, from the moment the product reaches us until it is returned.
The product must be shipped complete and undamaged.
